Odd_Oddsen is the PokerStars alter-ego of Norwegian pro Ola Amundsgard (who plays at Full Tilt as No_Ola). Amundsgard began his poker career in 2008. He was primarily a NL player at the time and quickly developed a reputation as a tough opponent. Amundsgaard transitioned to PLO when he started to have a hard time getting action in NL games and has not looked back since. In 2012, he began making training videos for RunItOnce.com, a poker training site owned and operated by Phil Galfond (OMGClayAiken, MrSweets28).
Oddsen has logged millions of hands PLO against the toughest players in the game which lead to a breakout year in 2012 in which he achieved Supernova Elite status on PokerStars and solidified his position as a regular in the nosebleed games. He is one of the most feared and respected names in the high stakes PLO games.
Amundsgard did his part to dispell the myth that poker is a "game of luck" by openly challenging any Norwegian parliament member to a $170k "freeroll" over 10k hands of PLO. His offer was taken up by the Progress Party's Erlend Wiborg in Decemver 2013 and after 7 hours play, Wiborg quit, down 2666bb in just 1,056 hands.
