Trueteller On Top For Second Consecutive Day

After a tricky couple of weeks Russian pro Timofey "Trueteller" Kuznetsov has now put together back-to-back table topping performances as he once again ended the day yesterday as PokerStars biggest high stakes cash game winner with a $72,033 profit.

Trueteller played a little HORSE and a little NLHE, but made 93% of his profit from the $50/$100 PLO tables, with most of this coming from a 90 minute heads-up session late yesterday morning against fjutekk. The pair played at three tables in total (maximum two at a time), with Trueteller making five-figure scores at all three tables, racking up over $64k profit from 235 hands played. Trueteller also took down the biggest pot of the day during his matches with fjutekk:

fjutekk is drawing thin when the money goes in on the turn. He has top pair with a K high flush draw but is way behind Trueteller who has a pair of Aces in the hole along with the nut-flush draw. The river blanks twice and Trueteller scoops this $35.8k pot

The day's second biggest winner was bajskorven87 who won $40.4k in just 93 hands at the $50/$100 NLHE tables where he played heads-up against DANMERRRRRRR.

Viktor "Isildur1" Blom continued his mini-comeback, placing third on yesterday's leaderboard after a $27.2k win. He earned most of that in his first game of the day, a short (12 min) stint at the $300/$600 2-7 Triple Draw tables where he won $21.3k in an early morning heads-up encounter with kkopghy. Blom lost over $5k from another TD match just after midday, winning the remainder of his total profit from numerous short sessions at the $50/$100 PLO tables. Isildur1 is now up $190k this week.

Fourth spot went to Niki "RealAndyBeal" Jedlicka who made his first appearance at PokerStars high stakes tables in almost two months. He won over $26k at the $400/$800 8-Game tables yesterday morning, before losing a little back at the $200/$400 tables in the afternoon to end the day with a $24.3k profit from 340 hands contested.
