Fan favourite Viktor "Isildur1" Blom ended the day as PokerStars biggest highstakes winner yesterday after making a $55,796 profit from a little under three hours playing at the mixed-game tables.
Blom played from early yesterday evening at the $100/$200, $200/$400 and $400/$800 tables, tuning a profit at each of the three tables he played. The majority of his profit came from the 56 hands he played in 3/4 of an hour at the $400/$800 tables against the likes of Alexander "joiso" Kostritsyn, bodamos, RaulGonzales, and Elior "Crazy Elior" Sion, where he won $51.8k. This win puts Blom up over $100k for the week, and up $200k for the past three weeks.
Alexander "joiso" Kostritsyn also made a profit at the same $400/$800 tables and ended the day second on the daily leaderboard with a total profit of $37.8k from 570 hands played. His biggest single table profit of $20.6k came from a three hour heads-up battle at the $300/$600 FLO8 tables against English pro Elior "Crazy Elior" Sion yesterday afternoon/evening,
The biggest NLHE winner was MMAsherdog who turned a $30.9k profit from 174 hands, won at the $50/$100, $100/$200, and $200/$400 tables. He also won the day's biggest pot whilst at a $100/$200 table:
