Patirk Antonius Tops High Stakes Leaderboard for 3rd Time This Week

It's been a good week online for Finnish legend Patrik "Fake Love888" Antonius, as yesterday he topped PokerStars high stakes leaderboard for the third time this week. Antonius won $85,064 from a single session at the 8-Game tables.

Antonius played at $1k/$2k Pherkad for a little over three hours from late afternoon yesterday. Throughout his session Antonius played, at various points, against a combination of fellow Finns Sami "Lrslzk" Kelopuro and Ilari "Ilari FIN" Sahamies, as well as Russian playersTimofey "Trueteller" Kuznetsov, and Alexander "joiso" Kostritsyn, US pro Daniel "w00ki3z." Cates, and French high roller Alex "BiatchPeople" Luneau.

Antonius played a breakeven game for the first couple of hours, before hitting a +$100k upswing in the next hour or so, mainly at the expense of Lrslzk, who ended the session down $73k, although a small comeback from Kelpuro meant that Antonius ended the day up $85.1k and is now up over $300k for the week.

Luneau was the second biggest winner in the big 8-Game session, winning $38.3k from his 1hr 45mins at the table. Luneau also ended as the day's second biggest winnner overall with a total profit of $51.7k after some earlier wins at the $400/$800 8-Game tables.

Third and fourth on the daily leaderboard went to players from the $50/$100 NLHE tables as hhecklen made third spot, winning $27.8k from around 3.5 hours play, while TheRattest won $18.7k from a single 64 hand session.
