WPT Foundation Event To Be Hosted by Mel Gibson & Vince Vaughn

Hollywood stars Mel Gibson, Vince Vaughan, and Andrew Garfield have been named as hosts for the upcoming WPT Foundation charity tournament 'Four Kings and an Ace', which will raise money for the Mending Kids charity.

The $5,000 buy-in tournament will feature a slew of as-yet unnamed celebrities including actors, athletes, and music stars alongside a selection of old school pros including WPT Champion Club Members Scotty Nyguen and Erik Seidel, as well as WPT Host and Poker Hall of Famer, Mike Sexton.

Guests will have to put aside $500 just to attend the event, which also features a casino and a "silent auction" (one where bids are sealed and the highest bid wins, rather than a competitive vocal auction), with seats at the poker table costing another $5,000 a piece.

According to Calvin Ayre, "The WPT Foundation has raised more than $6 million for charities of all different shapes and sizes. Mending Kids was formed in 2006 and in the past decade have been responsible for changing the lives of over 2,600 children in 57 countries around the world, by providing life-saving surgical care for children in need."
