The final day before the 2016 World Championship of Online Poker Main Event proved to be a profitable day for high-stakes players like Daniel "KidPoker" Negreanu and Sean "Nolez7" Winter.

After suffering a big loss a day earlier in the big mixed cash games on PokerStars, Daniel Negreanu managed to defeat Viktor "Isildur1" Blom heads-up to win the $2,100 buy-in HORSE Championship for nearly $62K and his first WCOOP title.

It was a profitable day for Romanian high-stakes player Sean "Nolez7" Winter as well, who took down a WCOOP title after outlasting nearly a thousand other players in the WCOOP 2016 Event #66 ($2,100 NL Hold'em Progressive KO 50%, Thursday Thrill Special Edition) earning a total of $228,933.23.

However, the biggest score of the day went to Ludovic "ludovi333" Geilich from United Kingdom, who managed to take down WCOOP's first ever $21,000 buy-in Pot-Limit Omaha 6-max High-Roller event for over $460K. Geilich had to face players like Jens "Jeans89" Kyllönen and Dani "supernova9" Stern in the final, so it was an impressive win for him to say the least.
