Doug "WCGRider" Polk Discusses His Five Biggest Online Pots

Doug "WCGRider" Polk is putting out some great content online these days, be it live streaming WCOOP or his bankroll challenge, his weekly "Polkernews" updates, or analysing some huge pots from the days of High Stakes Poker on TV. One of his most recent is well worth watching if you're interesting in knowing how one of the best in the businesses thinks about heads-up poker at the highest stakes as WCG breaks down his play in the five biggest online pots he's ever played.

All five pots came during the tail end of the high stakes glory days at Full Tilt Poker, and Doug wins three, chops one, and loses one of the pots which range between $383k and $490k at stakes between $200/$400 and $400/$800 with ante. The two biggest are from WCG's epic match against Isildur1 in late October 2013 in which the US pro ended the session down a massive $1.2m - and considering Doug won the two biggest pots of his online career in this match, that was quite a beating! (although Polk won back over half of it the very next day which you can read more about here)

WCG also wins a big pot with AA vs KK vs Denoking for close to $400k, and loses a +$400k pot to Malaysian businessman Paul "MalACEsia" Phua after Phua slowrolls a rivered boat to sink WCG's straight.
