Now in it's second year, the Poker Central created and produced "Super High Roller Bowl" event quickly attracted the maximum 49 players who will battle it out in a couple of weeks for their share of a $15,000,000 prize pool. It has now been confirmed that CBS Sports Network will be airing 30 hours of the action live.
Last year's event was televised, but significatly after the event, and in weekly episodes. This year the live coverage from CBS will take place on consecutive days from Sunday 29th May through to Wednesday 1st June (7pm-3am Sunday and Wednesday & 8pm-3am Monday & Tuesday).
The SHRB will take place, as it did last year, at the Aria Resort and Casino in Las Vegas and will pay the eventual winner $5m. Last year's winner, Brian "tsarrast" Rast won a cool $7.5m, although the entry last time out was $500,000.
As previously reported, anyone who wants to take the time-out to register at Poker Central's website can enter their MVMT Million Dollar Final Table Challenge. If you can manage to list the players who eventually finish in places 1-7 in the correct order then you'll win a cool $1,000,000!
Players in this year's SHRB include Rast, Antonio Esfandiari, Ben "Ben86" Tollerene, Doug "WCGRider" Polk, Daniel Negreanu, Phil "OMGClayAiken" Galfond, and Phil Hellmuth. For a full list of confirmed players head over to the official Super High Roller Bowl site here
