Super Sunday for Isildur1 - Wins $560k

The big PLO action at PokerStars continued last night, resulting in a huge win for railbird favourite Viktor "Isildur1" Blom, who ended the day up $559.4k.

Blom started the day with some lengthy 8-game battles against Phil "RaiseOnce" Ivey. The pair played for nine hours yesterday morning, resulting in a $41k profit for Isildur1. The big action, however, started in the early evening, when the big hitters returned to the $200/$400 PLO tables.

Players in the games, which ran from early evening for around 5 hours, included; Ike Haxton, Isildur1, WRUUUUM, Jeans89, Sam "tr1cky7" Trickett, 1-ronnyr3, RaiseOnce, and fjutekk.

Isildur1 won at all five tables he played, making big scores at four of them, the biggest of which was a +$247.5k win from a five hour sitting at table Lorcia, where he also took down the biggest pot of the day:

After a four-bet pot preflop, Isildur1 bets out after making top two pair. Ike Haxton jams with his top pair and flush draw. Isildur1 fades the flush to pick up this $206.5k pot

It was a bad day all round for Haxton who ended up losing most of the money he had won the previous day, ending the day down $345k, with tr1cky7 and, uncharacteristically, Jeans89 also contributing to Isildur1's total winnings.

The other big winner from the games, and second on yesterday's leaderboard, was the ever consistent Swedish pro WRUUUUM, who won $129.9k from 864 hands played. And once again Ronny "1-ronnyr3" Kaiser bagged a decent win, ending the day up $73k.

WIth this latest big win, Isildur1 is back up more than $3.3m since late August, and up over $3.7m at PokerStars this year.
